The SAL-TC387QP-160F300S AE is a 32-bit TriCore™ microcontroller (MCU) from Infineon’s second-generation AURIX™ TC38xQP series, specifically designed for high-safety, high-performance and high-real-time applications such as automotive electronics and industrial control. It is an ASIL-D automotive-grade domain controller core chip.

Multi-core TriCore™ architecture: Four independent 32-bit TriCore™ CPUs operating at 300 MHz, paired with two verification cores, delivering a total processing power of 2,700 DMIPS.
