I. ADI LTC2965 — 100 V, Ultra-Low-Power, Single-Channel Voltage Monitor
The LTC2965 is a low-current, high-voltage single-channel voltage monitor. An internal high-value resistor monitors the input monitoring pin, providing a compact and low-power solution for voltage monitoring. The device includes two comparator reference inputs (INH and INL) to enable a high- and low-threshold configuration using an external resistive divider biased by an on-chip reference. The LTC2965 provides a range-select pin to set the internal resistive divider for a 10x or 40x adjustment range. The thresholds are adjusted according to the range-select setting.

The LTC2966 is a low-current, high-voltage dual-channel voltage monitor. Internal high-value resistors monitor the input pins, providing a compact and low-power solution for voltage monitoring. Each channel includes two comparator reference inputs (INH / INL) to enable a high- and low-threshold configuration using an external resistive divider biased by an on-chip reference. The LTC2966 provides a range-select pin for each channel to set the internal resistive divider for adjustment factors of 5x, 10x, 20x and 40x.
