IRLML6346 Application Scenarios
Lithium-ion battery protection circuits. In single-cell or multi-cell lithium-ion battery protection boards, the IRLML6346 can be used as a charge/discharge control switch to provide overcharge, over-discharge and short-circuit protection. Its low on-resistance helps reduce the power consumption of the protection circuit itself, thereby extending battery life.
Mobile phone fast charging and power banks. In fast-charging protocol recognition and power path management, this device can be used for load switching and synchronous rectification in DC/DC converters. The SOT-23 package allows it to be easily integrated into compact fast-charging modules, and, combined with its low gate charge characteristics, helps to improve charging efficiency.
