What is the LTC2955?
The LTC2955 is a micropower pushbutton on/off controller that generates a clean enable output to manage the system power supply via a power monitor input and a debounced pushbutton input. The device features an interrupt output that signals the system when the pushbutton is triggered or when the power supply voltage is low. When the system is in a ready state, it can use the power-off input to switch off the power supply. If a button is held down for longer than the configurable power-off timeout, the system power supply will be forcibly switched off.
