The TPS27S100 is a fully protected single-channel high-side switch featuring an integrated NMOS and charge pump. Comprehensive diagnostic capabilities and a high-precision current monitor enable intelligent load control. Device diagnostic reports are available in two versions to support both digital fault status and analogue current monitor outputs.
