Lattice LIFCL-40-8MG121I belongs to the Lattice CrossLink-NX™ series of FPGAs. Built on the 28nm FD-SOI Nexus process platform, it is an embedded vision-specific chip that combines low power consumption, compact size, high reliability and high performance. Designed specifically for MIPI interface bridging, multi-sensor fusion and lightweight edge AI inference scenarios, it is perfectly suited to meet the intelligent upgrade requirements of sectors such as automotive, industrial vision, security surveillance and consumer electronics.

 

LIFCL-40-8MG121I is housed in a 121-pin BGA package. With ample logic resources and a comprehensive set of interface hard cores, it enables MIPI protocol conversion and edge AI computing integration without the need for additional peripherals. This breaks away from the traditional ‘bridge chip + AI accelerator chip’ dual-chip architecture, significantly reducing hardware footprint, power consumption and costs.

It supports 3ms rapid I/O configuration and 8ms system-wide instant-on, whilst reducing the soft error rate by more than 100 times. It is suitable for demanding industrial and automotive environments, meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation.
