The STM32F303CBT6TR is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core with FPU operating at up to 72 MHz. This microcontroller incorporates a floating point unit (FPU), memory protection unit (MPU), and embedded trace macrocell (ETM). It features high-speed embedded memories (up to 256 KB Flash, up to 40 KB SRAM) and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses.
